Ordered a delivery to the house first time from this place and it was delicious!!! That's all I can say for now! Next time I'll go into the restaurant and give more of the update but so far I wasn't disappointed.

I found another fantastic Mexican restaurant! The food is excellent, and the portions are generous.

Food was ready insanely fast. Good authentic Mexican food. Friendly service and reasonably priced. Nice ambiance.

Came here to try some "trendy" Mexican food. Knowing this wasn't going to be legit. But it's pretty good. The pork was tasty, I would definitely get again. Their horchata was delicious, one of the best items of the night. We got the enchiladas the chicken is by far the most odd. It has a flavor that is not to be favored. The beef and cheese are good. Pork is still the wonder. Was very disappointed by the table side guacamole. The maker was very bland and when we asked them questions acted annoyed. The guac needed salt! Our server was so nice! She went above and beyond. I was surprised when we got the bill how the prices are. We asked for sour cream and we were charged for it, sauce on the side, charged as extra sauce. I guess that's boca prices. It is still worth goingback.

Situated next to the Boca airport is a great Mexican restaurant that has been my go to for a while. Spacious bar, attentive and friendly staff, and very authentic Mexican food. They have a nice selection of margaritas as well. Appreciate the complimentary chips and salsa! I usually get chicken fajitas and they serve a robust portion of steaming hot chicken, peppers and onions with nice flavor. The rice and refried beans are delicious as well. Only one knock and it's really a faux pas!! They serve 3 small tortillas for the huge plate of fajitas and when you ask for more, you get charged for 3 more small tortillas. That right there, unfortunately, prevents a perfect score. Despite that, will continue to come back for my Mexican food craving.

Conveniently located on Airport Rd in Boca Raton, my wife and I decided to try La Condesa Mexican Restaurant after seeing a movie next door at the venerable Cinemark Palace Theater last Saturday. It was a little on the late side, and the place was crowded and bustling. We lucked out, however and got seated on their outside patio. It was a gorgeous evening and the vibe was something akin to a Mexican Street Fair / Fiesta. The menu is expansive with several authentic but rarely-offered dishes. My wife and I each ordered the Avocado Salad, with steak strips. The presentation was outstanding, the portions ample, and the flavor, delectable! The steak strips, which had obviously been marinating for many hours were perfectly cooked, fork-tender, and seasoned zestfully. The entire dish was beautiful and the avocado large and just ripe enough. The accompaniments - usually nothing of note - here shared top billing with the namesake ingredients. The service was friendly, attentive, and quite gracious! We came away thoroughly delighted with our meal and the experience at large. We will most certainly be back. It's especially a terrific pre- or post- movie spot!

Coming here 2nd time and love everything we tried. The service is very fast. We got the burrito and tree color enchiladas (I order mine with barbacoa protein), super filling. We were there during superbowl so it was quite loud but that's normal. I love the fact that they have lots of parking and outside seating. During winter in Florida, I enjoy sipping my cocktail in outdoor seating. I would say this place is one of the best mexican restaurants in Boca, the food is authentic and the atmosphere is above average authentic mexican restaurant. Will come back and hopefully will try other food besides three colored enchiladas (too good that I don't want to try other food unless someone else orders them in my table) :)
